We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed and paid for. However, factors such as missed shipping cut-off times, holidays, weekends, or unforeseen delays may result in your order being fulfilled within 1-2 business days. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Expected delivery within 3 to 6 days. Times are for reference only and may be adjusted based on actual conditions.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States: We do not directly ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. However, we can work with your freight forwarder to accommodate your orders. You are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and other additional fees applied upon export. The freight forwarder is responsible for inspecting the packages before accepting and delivering them. Once the packages are accepted by the freight forwarder, Bilt Hard is not responsible for any damage or loss of the packages.
We do not ship our products to P.O. boxes, military APO addresses, states and territories outside the contiguous U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands), or countries outside of the United States.
Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy: If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will ship the remaining in-stock items as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when their stock is replenished. You can request that the order be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@bilthardusa.com. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an order cannot be canceled, you will be able to return eligible items; shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy:
Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of item delivery to request a return. Please note that returns are not accepted after this 30-day period.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, including all items inside the box and in their original packaging. Customers are required to provide photos and videos of the products and boxes. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Important Note:
- Used items can only be returned if there are quality issues.
- Customers are responsible for processing and shipping costs for both delivery and return if they purchase the wrong product or no longer want it.

Ensure you request a return before sending back items. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Bilt Hard is not liable for the shipping costs incurred by customers returning packages without authorization.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos to our customer service within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs. Failure to do so within 10 days or a lack of response will make the buyer responsible for any loss.
Return Process:
Upon receiving returned items, we will verify the product's condition within 2-3 business days and initiate a refund within the next 3 business days. We will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
Limited Warranty:
Bilt Hard comes with a 1-year/2-year/5-year/10-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and starts on the purchase date. It does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced.
The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repair, external causes beyond our control, or force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, water damage).

Warranty Policy
At Bilt Hard, we are committed to providing high-quality products. To ensure optimal performance, proper care and maintenance are essential. This warranty replaces any other expressed or implied warranties. Bilt Hard assumes no responsibility beyond what is outlined in this policy.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Bilt Hard website (www.bilthardusa.com). Purchases from third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay are not covered under this warranty.
- Consumer Use: Personal, residential household use.
- Commercial Use: Any other use, including business operations or income-generating activities. Note: If used for rental purposes, the warranty is limited to 60 days.

Terms & Conditions
- Proof of Purchase Required: The original proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty coverage.
- Non-Transferable: The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty also applies to gift recipients but not to subsequent owners.
- Repair or Replacement: Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at Bilt Hard’s discretion. If a part is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar part of equal function.
- No Full Product Replacements: For certain large items (weighing over 50lbs), the warranty covers defective parts only, and does not extend to full product replacements.
- Repairs Do Not Extend Warranty: Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover the following:

• O-rings
• Valve handle assemblies
• Elastomer spiders
• Tires

🔸Improper Use or Neglect:
• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Lack of maintenance
• Use of unauthorized replacement parts
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
🔸External Damage or Environmental Factors:
• Accidents, fire, flood, windstorm, or other natural disasters
• Corrosion caused by chemicals
• Rodent or insect damage
• Vandalism
🔸Cosmetic Defects: Paint, decals, or other aesthetic issues.
🔸Operational & Financial Losses:
• Downtime, inconvenience, or loss of income
• Loss of product use
• Shipping costs or incidental damages
Engine Warranty
The engine warranty is covered directly by the engine manufacturer under their terms and conditions. Bilt Hard does not cover:
- Routine maintenance (spark plugs, air filters, fuel system cleaning, adjustments, or obstructions due to buildup).
Customer Responsibilities
- Transportation Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs to and from a service center.
- Proper Use & Maintenance: Regular maintenance is required. The warranty does not cover failures due to normal wear or lack of maintenance.
- Alteration of Safety Features: Any modification or removal of safety features will void the warranty.
Order Cancellation
Buyers have a 30-minute window to cancel their order after it’s been placed. If the order has already been shipped or picked up and can no longer be canceled, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to refuse the package upon delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Bilt Hard be liable for damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product. You assume all risks related to the misuse or inability to use the product.
Additional Information
🔸For orders delivered within the contiguous United States that are later forwarded to U.S. islands or international destinations, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
🔸Bilt Hard is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows the package was delivered but not received, please report the issue to the shipping carrier. Our customer service team is also here to help guide you through the next steps.
🔸All warranty claims require the product to be returned to Bilt Hard’s warehouse for inspection and verification by our technical support team. Refunds, replacements, or discounts will only be issued after this evaluation.

Performance is excellent as it is new. There are a few sub par parts I'm wondering how long they will last. The plastic clip that holds bag secure to cross rod is a cheap idea. Fills with dirt allows the mulch to blow back on to operator. Definitely not good. First heavy use was great. Like a yard vacuum. We will see going forward.
WOW! Figured I'd take the time to write a real review since bot reviews are so common...first off, the box that it came in is high quality. Complete with brand, logo etc. Good sign already NOT some generic blank box with Chinese on it.AssemblyEZ PZ. 13mm and 10mm is all you need. 6 bolts. Mime however was missing the 2 screws for the chute. No biggie I have tones of screws.The Manual is a Chinese to English translation...so expect some, issues. This mower takes 10w30 not 15w40 like in the ManualThe engine is nice it's on par with predator. It's just a generic branded 170cc Chinese motor. Basic and simpleThe height adjustment is brilliant!The cons:It's loud, not an issue for me but some places it MAY be.The engine brake lever is an arm work out, again not an issue for me but it is something that should be notedAnd the only real con is the chute is angled straight out. So rocks and sand get shot out just be cautious!Will this mower last 10+ years? Who knows but for a cheap get me by mower it's perfect!
So I have literally never cut the grass before, so I have no point of reference to compare. But this worked great for me. It is light and easy to maneuver. Handled my unruly and stupidly long grass/weeds easily. One battery charge was sufficient for the yard - half charge still remaining when I was done.
Leaf blower didnt even work. Defectove on delivery. The other two are great, but until i can get the blower replaced, i cant gove a 5 star review.
Electric motors are under powered a bit but functional
I almost bought another handheld unit, but this makes more sense for our yard. It moves a wide pile and doesn't wear me out as quickly. It does need a decent corner of the garage, so check your storage space first.
Our driveway fills up fast once the trees start dropping. I pointed the discharge toward one side and just worked my way down. Pretty simple, and I wasn't carrying a blower the whole time.
I expected it to feel awkward because of the size, but the front wheel turns well around trees and flower beds. The airflow adjustment is handy too. I had to play with it for a few minutes before I found the angle I liked.
This has a lot more push than my handheld blower. Even the damp leaves along the fence moved without too much back-and-forth.
The main win for me is not holding a blower for an hour. I just push this along and let it do the heavy part.
Really like it, but it took some getting used to. If everything is not just exactly where it goes (even the bagger) it will not start. But once we figured it all out it ran great. Starts really quickly with not so much effort, which is nice for us olders. And a good selection of cutting heights. We had really tall grass and it went right through it. Stuffed the bagger, but easy to empty. Would recommend it!

For the price, you get three quality tools, three batteries, and a charger. It' s all I need for my yard.
The blower is really light and easy to maneuver. I can clean my patio and driveway without feeling sore afterward. Great addition to this combo set.
The mower is lightweight but still cuts evenly. No struggling, even on slightly uneven terrain.
Mower works well, but I'm a bit tall and the handle could extend more for comfort. Other than that, this set is solid.
I was skeptical at first, but the blower has serious airflow and the trimmer handles tough edges without bogging down.
BILT HARD products are great!
I order the electric lawn mower combo and I am very pleased with my purchase. First I received the products 5 days earlier than estimated. All three products were very easy to put together. The only issue was with the nuts for the handle, one was broken. I emailed them and within a day they got back to me. Since is a generic part they offered me a 10 refund so I could purchase one at my local hardware store.
The lawn more, blower and trimmer work great.
Got my new mower today out of the box in pieces and there is no instructions of how to put it together. There is no manual with it. I am just about ready to put it back in the box and send it back.

After a few months in, I have to say the Bilt Hard self-propelled mower is a decent mower, especially for the price when compared to the name brand competition. This mower replaced a 13 year old high-end mower no longer manufactured. I initially had my doubts, but purchased it anyways given that most the reviews were positive and I was completely unimpressed by the more expensive options currently out there. Wow, I was shocked after the first use. This mower has the same size engine, but clearly has far more power than my old one. The little things it sucks up and mulches in the yard is insane - - I hear them but sure don't see them. It cuts so nice and even too, putting my old $600 mower to shame. The Bilt Hard is so light weight, I don't even need/use the self-propelled option anymore, which is great as I'm getting a little older. Unlike what others have stated, it has the prefect walking speed, honestly a tad on the slow side as the self-propelled isn't necessary being so light weight. I just use it to pull the mower up the hills and slopes in my yards. This mower is easier to push than a grocery cart. And starting it isn't an issue once you adjust to pulling the cord from the engine instead of the handlebar, which is the way mowers use to be made years ago. Overall quality is good and it feels solid enough. I have only noted one or two cons thus far. The mower is a bit on the messy side. It does such a good job mulching, it tends to spray the fine particles out of the bottom, which blow at you if it's breezy out, but it really is not a big deal given all the other positives I have experienced. Just this week, the Bilt Hard tackled the first of the fall leaves like they were confetti. The powder coating is also a bit on the thin side too as it chipped a little to easily in my opinion when I accidentally banged a post, so a bit of extra attentiveness is needed to keep it in good shape. The mower is delivered to your door in a solid box, well packed and ready to go in 20 minutes. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with this purchase.

Just finished assembling it. Haven’t had the opportunity to try it out yet, but from what I observed it is “Bilt Hard”!
I got my mower sooner than expected which was nice. I got it out of the box and glanced at the assembly instructions. Got it put together in a short amount of time, put oil and gas in it and it started on the first pull. Got out and mowed my whole yard (19000 sq ft) and it ran like a champ. I have 2 complaints. It didn't come with a pull cord eyelet to move the cord further up the handle and it's a little slow. I'm 6 feet tall with long legs and it's a little slow for me. It's nice not having to push the mower but I wish it was faster. Other than that, it's a great mower.
Does the 201cc engine take 10-40 oil or 10-30?
I’ve seen comments saying it actually uses 10-30, not the 10-40 that was sent with the mower.
