After opening the shipping box I found a very well made even beautiful piece of equipment. I’ve only used it once and that was in a 10 degree F garage hooked up to a 20 lb propane tank. It started and ran flawlessly. After running a long time the propane tank cooled down and caused the heater to only work at its lowest setting. This was expected and would be true for any propane heater of that size. The solution is to use a bigger tank or to find a way to keep the tank warm. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase although I wish the propane hose wasn’t so stiff and I ordered a POL hand wheel so I don’t have to dig up a 7/8” wrench every time I use the heater.
