Haven't used the machine yet but what I can say is they have good delivery the machine is amazing in blue and it fired up first pull. I haven't tried the electric start yet bit will be during winter months.

Box arrived in PERFECT condition, all parts were included and the frame, drum, motor and wheels were all packed intelligently. Assembly instructions were easy to understand and the unit went together quickly. Mixing is of course excellent and the wheelbarrow handles makes emptying it a breeze. 100% recommend!
