I got the sawmill, my father in law and I got int together after about 3 weeks on rain, we poured concrete and anchored the sawmill down, we got it running the price was $250.00 better than other sawmill, was easy to put together, the quality was great, we cut a few logs and the boards looked great we cut from 1/4" to 2" great the saw is so easy to run that my father in law is 88 he loves running it, even my grandson is 14 and has autism can even run it. Pictures well be posted.

Heavy unit that needs put together. Wheel bearings are installed and are behind seal. They must be removed and packed as grease was just wiped on them. Engine was all ready just add fuel. Started on third pull and runs well so far. If your older it is harder to start as engine is larger cubic inch. Have not got to lumber pile yet but should do fine.

Very happy with the whole process. Ordered the tire machine with the assist arms and balancer. Had it shipped residential, which was less of a hassle than I had figured. They showed up in undamaged crates. Set up wasnt bad. Tore machine was heavy and would recommend 2 people for the build for a couple steps. ....

Arrived 2 days late. Transport company kept me up to date. Shipped in plywood crate. Assembly wasn't difficult. 40 ton ram and beam very heavy. Definitely need assistance to mount on wheel base. Engine rear mounting bolts a tight squeeze to place...but I got them in. Fluids filled. 2 pulls and ran great. Well manufactured item. Test split a log, easy peasy. I have a lot of Ash logs to split. It'll be a back saver for sure. Great splitter, great price. Larger engine than most 37 ton splitters!

Heavy unit that needs put together. Wheel bearings are installed and are behind seal. They must be removed and packed as grease was just wiped on them. Engine was all ready just add fuel. Started on third pull and runs well so far. If your older it is harder to start as engine is larger cubic inch. Have not got to lumber pile yet but should do fine.

Very happy with the whole process. Ordered the tire machine with the assist arms and balancer. Had it shipped residential, which was less of a hassle than I had figured. They showed up in undamaged crates. Set up wasnt bad. Tore machine was heavy and would recommend 2 people for the build for a couple steps. ....

This lift can packed nicely. Was very easy to unpack. Seems like a good quality lift. Would have liked better directions for assembly. Works as it should. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

What great product. Perfect for doing what I bought it for. Logs I am splitting are between 6”-10” and handles it very well. Only draw back is you have to use both hands to operate. Perfect price point for splitting for fire pit at home

Large or heavy equipment is typically shipped by LTL freight on a pallet, while smaller items may ship by standard parcel carriers. Freight daeliveries are usually curbside, and the carrier may contact you in advance to schedule delivery.

If you are shipping to a home, farm residence, storage unit, or another non-commercial address, residential delivery may apply. Liftgate service is recommended if you do not have a loading dock, forklift, or another safe way to unload the pallet. Additional charges may apply at checkout.

Delivery time depends on product availability, warehouse location, destination, and carrier scheduling. Freight shipments may take longer than parcel shipments and often require a delivery appointment. Please refer to the estimated delivery information shown on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping eligibility for gas-powered equipment may vary by model and destination. Please review the individual product page for emissions information and any state-specific shipping restrictions. Products without the required California approval cannot be sold or shipped to California.

Most qualifying BILT HARD equipment includes a limited warranty, with coverage depending on the product and type of use. Our support team can assist with troubleshooting, warranty claims, and replacement parts. For faster service, please have your order number, product model, and photos or videos of the issue ready.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice shipping damage, missing parts, or a product issue, contact BILT HARD promptly with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and a short description of the problem. Keep the original packaging until the case is resolved.

If you need to return a product, please contact BILT HARD first for return instructions. Approved returns may require return authorization, original packaging, and, for larger equipment, freight return arrangements. Do not send a product back without written confirmation from our support team.
