Return Policy:
Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of item delivery to request a return. Please note that returns are not accepted after this 30-day period.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, including all items inside the box and in their original packaging. Customers are required to provide photos and videos of the products and boxes. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at inquiry@bilthardusa.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Important Note:
- Used items can only be returned if there are quality issues.
- Customers are responsible for processing and shipping costs for both delivery and return if they purchase the wrong product or no longer want it.
Procedure Reminder:
Ensure you request a return before sending back items. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Bilt Hard is not liable for the shipping costs incurred by customers returning packages without authorization.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos to our customer service within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs. Failure to do so within 10 days or a lack of response will make the buyer responsible for any loss.
Return Process:
Upon receiving returned items, we will verify the product's condition within 2-3 business days and initiate a refund within the next 3 business days. We will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
Limited Warranty:
Bilt Hard comes with a 1-year/2-year/5-year/10-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and starts on the purchase date. It does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced.
The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repair, external causes beyond our control, or force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, water damage).

Due to the large size of this product, your order will be shipped via palletized freight. We kindly ask that you provide a commercial address for delivery.
If a commercial address is not available, we recommend arranging pickup from your nearest freight terminal. Please note that the classification of a commercial address is determined by our logistics provider.
If you require lift gate service, please select either a commercial address with lift gate service or a residential address with lift gate service on the checkout page when placing your order.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 1 to 7 business days for transit, depending on your location.

Warranty Policy
At Bilt Hard, we are committed to providing high-quality products. To ensure optimal performance, proper care and maintenance are essential. Neglect or improper handling may impair functionality and is not covered by this warranty. Be sure to carefully read the Owner’s Manual before operating your product.

Note: Services performed by unauthorized parties may void this warranty.
This warranty replaces any other expressed or implied warranties. Bilt Hard assumes no responsibility beyond what is outlined in this policy.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Bilt Hard website (www.bilthardusa.com). Purchases from third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay are not covered under this warranty.
- Consumer Use: Personal, residential household use.
- Commercial Use: Any other use, including business operations or income-generating activities. Note: If used for rental purposes, the warranty is limited to 60 days.

Terms & Conditions
- Proof of Purchase Required: The original proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty coverage.
- Non-Transferable: The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty also applies to gift recipients but not to subsequent owners.
- Repair or Replacement: Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at Bilt Hard’s discretion. If a part is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar part of equal function.
- No Full Product Replacements: For certain large items (weighing over 50lbs), the warranty covers defective parts only, and does not extend to full product replacements.
- Repairs Do Not Extend Warranty: Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover the following:
🔸Normal Wear & Tear (covered only for 60 days from the original purchase date). This includes items like:
• O-rings
• Valve handle assemblies
• Elastomer spiders
• Tires
• Filter elements
🔸Improper Use or Neglect:
• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Lack of maintenance
• Use of unauthorized replacement parts
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
🔸External Damage or Environmental Factors:
• Accidents, fire, flood, windstorm, or other natural disasters
• Corrosion caused by chemicals
• Rodent or insect damage
• Vandalism
🔸Cosmetic Defects: Paint, decals, or other aesthetic issues.
🔸Operational & Financial Losses:
• Downtime, inconvenience, or loss of income
• Loss of product use
• Shipping costs or incidental damages
Engine Warranty
The engine warranty is covered directly by the engine manufacturer under their terms and conditions. Bilt Hard does not cover:
- Routine maintenance (spark plugs, air filters, fuel system cleaning, adjustments, or obstructions due to buildup).
Customer Responsibilities
- Transportation Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs to and from a service center.
- Proper Use & Maintenance: Regular maintenance is required. The warranty does not cover failures due to normal wear or lack of maintenance.
- Alteration of Safety Features: Any modification or removal of safety features will void the warranty.
Order Cancellation
Buyers have a 30-minute window to cancel their order after it’s been placed. If the order has already been shipped or picked up and can no longer be canceled, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to refuse the package upon delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Bilt Hard be liable for damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product. You assume all risks related to the misuse or inability to use the product.
Additional Information
🔸For orders delivered within the contiguous United States that are later forwarded to U.S. islands or international destinations, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
🔸Bilt Hard is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows the package was delivered but not received, please report the issue to the shipping carrier. Our customer service team is also here to help guide you through the next steps.
🔸All warranty claims require the product to be returned to Bilt Hard’s warehouse for inspection and verification by our technical support team. Refunds, replacements, or discounts will only be issued after this evaluation.

We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed and paid for. However, factors such as missed shipping cut-off times, holidays, weekends, or unforeseen delays may result in your order being fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States: We do not directly ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. However, we can work with your freight forwarder to accommodate your orders. You are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and other additional fees applied upon export. The freight forwarder is responsible for inspecting the packages before accepting and delivering them. Once the packages are accepted by the freight forwarder, Bilt Hard is not responsible for any damage or loss of the packages.
We do not ship our products to P.O. boxes, military APO addresses, states and territories outside the contiguous U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands), or countries outside of the United States.
Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy: If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will ship the remaining in-stock items as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when their stock is replenished. You can request that the order be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@bilthardusa.com. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an order cannot be canceled, you will be able to return eligible items; shipping charges may apply.

I think it's great for the price. I would personally prefer a bit of a larger size. It's quite sturdy. I like that it can covert to a flat trolley. The mailbox pictured in the wagon is one of those huge ones, for perspective. Definitely don't regret this purchase. Especially for the price.
Bought this to haul rocks and junk cleaning up an old lot. Assembly was fairly straightforward, taking about 30 minutes to put together. I added lubricant (WD-40) to the wheel axles and the front handle pivot to help with mobility. It worked great. There are only two things that are keeping it from 5 stars: 1) the padding on the handle almost immediately cracked (see photo), and 2) there isn’t a way to lock the handle in the upright position for storage. The latter can be addressed with just a simple latch, which I may add later; and the handle material, I just plan on wrapping it in duct tape. Both pretty minor flaws. For the price, it definitely beats the domestic competition.
Most of the wagon steel is sturdy althourgh steel mesh feels weak. Easy to assemble. I cut a piece of 3/8 mdf and placed it on the bottom as a base this helped feel stronger. I have been moving 3 - 60lbs concrete bags and a compressor easily. Maneuvers well. Like the flat free tires. Not sure if it will hold 400lbs. It meets my needs for the price.
Perfect. Way better than a wheel barrow
Just had the yard dump car for a couple of days. Easy to put together if you follow the instructions. Some of the screws are hard to install but you have to be patient. I had one screw that was defective and had to replace with one from my workbench. It was great on my first use to move some yard equipment from the back yard to the front of the house.
So easy to assemble (I'm 75), heavy duty, love that the sides can be lowered down with latches or easily removed, AND I won't be pumping up tires every time I want to use it. I bought this wagon just to transport some finicky plants in & out of the sun & rain. Now that I have it, I know I'll be using it for hauling trash and groceries when my plants go back indoors. I took advantage of the coupon too, so I'm a happy little camper!
This doesn’t have the handy squat/dump feature of the gorilla cart nor is it made of quite the same quality materials. However it is sturdy, I bought it for my kids so they could tow it around with their quads and ‘help out’. The handle is unique and works perfectly for that. Overall I’m happy with the purchase, the price was right.
The delivery was faster than expected but I received the wrong item. The process of resolving the error was lengthy and disappointing.
This was the worst expierience i ever had with any company. The machine is busted do to the bilt hard negligence during assembly. The customer relations dept. Is non existent. I will never buy from bilt hard again.
Seems to work nice. Battery would not turn engine. 4 stars because there are no instructions on how to attach scoop. I figured it out, but would be quicker and easier with instructions
I attended a seminar about how to garden when you are old and not hurt yourself, and purchasing a garden cart was recommended. I love how easy it is to load up the cart with everything I need and easily pull the cart to the garden. The cart was easy to assemble .
Amazing Electric Dumper Cart...worth the price.. well made ..better instructions would be helpful...but it is amazing...
Large, easily moveable
Love it so far. Haven't used it much yet.
We have a fairly big yard and this cart makes hauling things around a lot easier. Definitely gets used every weekend.
The frame feels sturdy and the tires roll nicely over dirt and small rocks. Seems like it should hold up for a long time.
Used it to haul gravel and a few loads of soil. It handled the weight pretty well and didn’t feel tippy when it was full.
The hydraulic dump is my favorite part. Just push the button and it unloads smoothly.
This thing saves me a lot of time moving mulch and dirt around the yard. Way easier than pushing a wheelbarrow all afternoon.
Bought this for some garden projects and it’s been really helpful so far. The powered drive does most of the work which saves my back.

A piece of metal gouged the inside of the cart.
Not a big deal. I found the assembly instructions a bit vague. No instructions on which way the tires went on. Cart is solid and built well. Last get than I needed. If I ordered another one, I would get a smaller one. Overall good buy.

I went with this one because it has Flat Free Tires. These things sit around for a while, then when you need to use it you have a flat tire. The aftermarket tires aren’t necessarily that cheap, so I’m thinking just get a cart with No Flat tires. Appears to be a solid and well built cart. I bought it directly from Bilt Hard on their website. It came quick. I would recommend. If you have any struggles with assembly watch a video online, It really helps, just make sure you have the correct cart in the video.
