Start ShoppingOverall a good machine. There is a question of misalignment of the digger chain and the guard. Also, tight should you adjust the digger chain? How much slack should be in the digger chain?
Otherwise, all assembly instructions were very good.
Assembly hint: Tie a small rope to the digger change and fish it around the left side of the drive sprocket. Pull the chain through and slip it over the sprocket. Install master link. It only took 5 min to assemble.
The engine is easy to start with smooth balanced operation.

only issue was looking for the wheel hub nut and cotter pin in the parts package. They were already on the axle

This splitter came on my feed and I was skeptical. You know buying off the internet. It turns out. A fantastic value. Easy to use. Well made. Fun to see my fire wood stack up so easy. I look forward to many years of service. The cord long enough. I don’t use logs that are too big and I’m in my70s.
Ordering was flawless. I was kept informed step by step pre- delivery; driver contacted me the morning he was to be there, he was on time and thorough. I was quite impressed!
VIA the lift itself, I haven't got to installing it yet, but from what I could see so far it looks to be of great quality!
