Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States: We do not directly ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. However, we can work with your freight forwarder to accommodate your orders. You are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and other additional fees applied upon export. The freight forwarder is responsible for inspecting the packages before accepting and delivering them. Once the packages are accepted by the freight forwarder, Bilt Hard is not responsible for any damage or loss of the packages.
We do not ship our products to P.O. boxes, military APO addresses, states and territories outside the contiguous U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands), or countries outside of the United States.
Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy: If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will ship the remaining in-stock items as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when their stock is replenished. You can request that the order be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@bilthardusa.com. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an order cannot be canceled, you will be able to return eligible items; shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy:
Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of item delivery to request a return. Please note that returns are not accepted after this 30-day period.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, including all items inside the box and in their original packaging. Customers are required to provide photos and videos of the products and boxes. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos to our customer service within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs. Failure to do so within 10 days or a lack of response will make the buyer responsible for any loss.
Return Process:
Upon receiving returned items, we will verify the product's condition within 2-3 business days and initiate a refund within the next 3 business days. We will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
Limited Warranty:
Bilt Hard comes with a 1-year/2-year/5-year/10-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and starts on the purchase date. It does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced.
The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repair, external causes beyond our control, or force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, water damage).

Warranty Policy
At Bilt Hard, we are committed to providing high-quality products. To ensure optimal performance, proper care and maintenance are essential. Neglect or improper handling may impair functionality and is not covered by this warranty. Be sure to carefully read the Owner’s Manual before operating your product.

This warranty replaces any other expressed or implied warranties. Bilt Hard assumes no responsibility beyond what is outlined in this policy.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Bilt Hard website (www.bilthardusa.com). Purchases from third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay are not covered under this warranty.
- Consumer Use: Personal, residential household use.
- Commercial Use: Any other use, including business operations or income-generating activities. Note: If used for rental purposes, the warranty is limited to 60 days.

Terms & Conditions
- Proof of Purchase Required: The original proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty coverage.
- Non-Transferable: The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty also applies to gift recipients but not to subsequent owners.
- Repair or Replacement: Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at Bilt Hard’s discretion. If a part is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar part of equal function.
- No Full Product Replacements: For certain large items (weighing over 50lbs), the warranty covers defective parts only, and does not extend to full product replacements.
- Repairs Do Not Extend Warranty: Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover the following:

• O-rings
• Valve handle assemblies
• Elastomer spiders
• Tires

🔸Improper Use or Neglect:
• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Lack of maintenance
• Use of unauthorized replacement parts
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
🔸External Damage or Environmental Factors:
• Accidents, fire, flood, windstorm, or other natural disasters
• Corrosion caused by chemicals
• Rodent or insect damage
• Vandalism
🔸Cosmetic Defects: Paint, decals, or other aesthetic issues.
🔸Operational & Financial Losses:
• Downtime, inconvenience, or loss of income
• Loss of product use
• Shipping costs or incidental damages
Engine Warranty
The engine warranty is covered directly by the engine manufacturer under their terms and conditions. Bilt Hard does not cover:
- Routine maintenance (spark plugs, air filters, fuel system cleaning, adjustments, or obstructions due to buildup).
Customer Responsibilities
- Transportation Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs to and from a service center.
- Proper Use & Maintenance: Regular maintenance is required. The warranty does not cover failures due to normal wear or lack of maintenance.
- Alteration of Safety Features: Any modification or removal of safety features will void the warranty.
Order Cancellation
Buyers have a 30-minute window to cancel their order after it’s been placed. If the order has already been shipped or picked up and can no longer be canceled, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to refuse the package upon delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Bilt Hard be liable for damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product. You assume all risks related to the misuse or inability to use the product.
Additional Information
🔸For orders delivered within the contiguous United States that are later forwarded to U.S. islands or international destinations, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
🔸Bilt Hard is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows the package was delivered but not received, please report the issue to the shipping carrier. Our customer service team is also here to help guide you through the next steps.

I purchased this heater just in time for the biggest storm in years. I use it inside in my living room, which is quite large. If you use it inside, you must have vent air from the outside and you can not leave it unattended.It would be a good idea to also install several carbon monoxide alarms. The low setting is what I use and the heater works fantastic. The outside of the heater doesn't even get hot. Highly recommended.

This is a forced air designed propane heater. There is a switch that can be controlled for higher temperatures. Our test we left it at the lowest setting and it was comfortable in the non-heated garage.As soon as the heater is turned off it made a huge difference so the heater was turned back on to continue the work in the garage.The hook-up is simple with a few threads to connect on both the heater and the propane tank. Both the heater and the propane can be easily moved making it a great portable heater.There is only one piece that will need to be installed and that is the handle. This is 4 screws that need to be removed, handle installed, and then tightened.This heater will allow us to do complete more projects in the garage at a more comfortable temperature.
I am impressed by this heater! I ordered this heater to keep me warm in my single car garage over the winter. It's a small garage attached to an old house and we park our cars in the driveway. I use the space all the time as a sort of work/wood shop but it's too cold in the winter. I've bought those plug-in radiators and other space heaters but those are just way too small to heat the garage, as small as it is.Enter this jet engine of a heater! I use “jet engine” purposefully as that's exactly what it sounds like when it's at full power. Another reviewer of this product said he didn't think it was 125,000 BTUs. Well, I don't have a BTU thermometer (or whatever you'd use) but this thing cranks out some serious heat! I'll include pictures of an indoor clock/temperature I have in my garage of a before and after example as well as a digital laser thermometer reading. When this thing is at full crank there is no way I could stand closer than about 5' away without seriously backing up quickly. The torpedo design does make it a directional heater but the blower on this is so powerful that my entire garage got up to 78º in about 10 minutes! It was below 32º outside and the inside of the garage was in the 50's!The setup and operation is very easy. Install the hose to the base of the heater and the other end to your propane tank. Open the valve on the propane tank and plug in the heater. There is no on/off switch of any kind (which I'd sort of prefer to have…). As soon as you plug in the heater you can hear the igniter start sparking and the fan kicks on. Then push and hold the igniter button; hold for about 7 or 8 seconds. That's it! One thing to note, you'll need an extension cord as the installed cord is only about 6” long.This thing is so powerful I only need to use it on full blast for about 5 minutes at a time and only a few times during the day if I'm going to be using the garage all day, or a few more times if I need to put the door up and down.I cannot more highly recommend this unit to you! Ok... here is the skinny on this propane heater for your shop or worksite... this thing will have your workspace heated up in no time!!! No more bundling up with multiple layers of undergarments. I have only ran this thing on low setting and I believe it is enough! The temp on review day was 27°... very chilly!!! I hooked up the included fuel supply line and connected the electric plug in to the extention cord... the fan started up, then I pressed the ignition plunger and bam! INSTANT HEAT! In 5 minutes the chill was gone in my 30x40 non-insulated metal shop building. In 10 minutes it was toasty enough to start shedding layers! Love this heater! Lots of heated air volumn! Super simple to set up and to operate. 5 Star***** Recommended!!!
Great little heater. Blows hot and does what it us supposed to do. Only complaints are that it needs a wrench to hook up to the propane bottle and no on/off switch. It has a short cord that once plugged in thur an extension cord, the fan starts up. But easy to set up and heats quickly.
This heater is decent, just not what I expected for a 125k BTU heater. I assumed it would feel hotter.I have use about 30k btu worth of radiant propane heaters to heat my 2.5 car garage, with insulation and some venting. I heat it here and there when needed. This torpedo heater seemed like it was maybe 50k btu at best. Unfortunately, I had no way of measuring this. I could be wrong, but I felt like it should have had more to give. The heat it was throwing was just okay for it being 50°f outside. I expected my hand to feel like it was burning (see video).The adjustment knob seemed to do nothing. I have plenty experience with propane heat, just not torpedo style heaters. This was underwhelming, but realistically not bad for the price. It could probably do the job, and the fan was nice to push air around. The ignition was easy and not scary.
Heater worked perfectly. It needs an on off switch and it would get 5 stars.
Works well fast shipping
After opening the shipping box I found a very well made even beautiful piece of equipment. I’ve only used it once and that was in a 10 degree F garage hooked up to a 20 lb propane tank. It started and ran flawlessly. After running a long time the propane tank cooled down and caused the heater to only work at its lowest setting. This was expected and would be true for any propane heater of that size. The solution is to use a bigger tank or to find a way to keep the tank warm. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase although I wish the propane hose wasn’t so stiff and I ordered a POL hand wheel so I don’t have to dig up a 7/8” wrench every time I use the heater.

Out of the box and into my garage I connected the propane with the included hose and regulator then I opened the valve and plugged in the electric hit the start button and in 10 Minutes my garage was warm enough to work in my shirt. It was near zero outside, I am very happy I purchased this product it was a great buy.
This heater is a wonderful addition to my unheated garage equipment.
It functions correctly, is simple to light, and is not too noisy.
It also makes working outside possible when when the temperature is below freezing.
