However, factors such as missed shipping cut-off times, holidays, weekends, or unforeseen delays may result in your order being fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States: We do not directly ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. However, we can work with your freight forwarder to accommodate your orders. You are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and other additional fees applied upon export. The freight forwarder is responsible for inspecting the packages before accepting and delivering them. Once the packages are accepted by the freight forwarder, Bilt Hard is not responsible for any damage or loss of the packages.
We do not ship our products to P.O. boxes, military APO addresses, states and territories outside the contiguous U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands), or countries outside of the United States.
Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy: If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will ship the remaining in-stock items as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when their stock is replenished. You can request that the order be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@bilthardusa.com. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an order cannot be canceled, you will be able to return eligible items; shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy:
Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of item delivery to request a return. Please note that returns are not accepted after this 30-day period.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, including all items inside the box and in their original packaging. Customers are required to provide photos and videos of the products and boxes. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Important Note:
- Used items can only be returned if there are quality issues.
- Customers are responsible for processing and shipping costs for both delivery and return if they purchase the wrong product or no longer want it.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos to our customer service within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs. Failure to do so within 10 days or a lack of response will make the buyer responsible for any loss.
Return Process:
Upon receiving returned items, we will verify the product's condition within 2-3 business days and initiate a refund within the next 3 business days. We will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
Limited Warranty:
Bilt Hard comes with a 1-year/2-year/5-year/10-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and starts on the purchase date. It does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced.
The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repair, external causes beyond our control, or force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, water damage).

Warranty Policy
At Bilt Hard, we are committed to providing high-quality products. To ensure optimal performance, proper care and maintenance are essential. Neglect or improper handling may impair functionality and is not covered by this warranty. Be sure to carefully read the Owner’s Manual before operating your product.

This warranty replaces any other expressed or implied warranties. Bilt Hard assumes no responsibility beyond what is outlined in this policy.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Bilt Hard website (www.bilthardusa.com). Purchases from third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay are not covered under this warranty.
- Consumer Use: Personal, residential household use.
- Commercial Use: Any other use, including business operations or income-generating activities. Note: If used for rental purposes, the warranty is limited to 60 days.

Terms & Conditions
- Proof of Purchase Required: The original proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty coverage.
- Non-Transferable: The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty also applies to gift recipients but not to subsequent owners.
- Repair or Replacement: Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at Bilt Hard’s discretion. If a part is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar part of equal function.
- No Full Product Replacements: For certain large items (weighing over 50lbs), the warranty covers defective parts only, and does not extend to full product replacements.
- Repairs Do Not Extend Warranty: Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover the following:

• O-rings
• Valve handle assemblies
• Elastomer spiders
• Tires

🔸Improper Use or Neglect:
• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Lack of maintenance
• Use of unauthorized replacement parts
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
🔸External Damage or Environmental Factors:
• Accidents, fire, flood, windstorm, or other natural disasters
• Corrosion caused by chemicals
• Rodent or insect damage
• Vandalism
🔸Cosmetic Defects: Paint, decals, or other aesthetic issues.
🔸Operational & Financial Losses:
• Downtime, inconvenience, or loss of income
• Loss of product use
• Shipping costs or incidental damages
Engine Warranty
The engine warranty is covered directly by the engine manufacturer under their terms and conditions. Bilt Hard does not cover:
- Routine maintenance (spark plugs, air filters, fuel system cleaning, adjustments, or obstructions due to buildup).
Customer Responsibilities
- Transportation Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs to and from a service center.
- Proper Use & Maintenance: Regular maintenance is required. The warranty does not cover failures due to normal wear or lack of maintenance.
- Alteration of Safety Features: Any modification or removal of safety features will void the warranty.
Order Cancellation
Buyers have a 30-minute window to cancel their order after it’s been placed. If the order has already been shipped or picked up and can no longer be canceled, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to refuse the package upon delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Bilt Hard be liable for damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product. You assume all risks related to the misuse or inability to use the product.
Additional Information
🔸For orders delivered within the contiguous United States that are later forwarded to U.S. islands or international destinations, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
🔸Bilt Hard is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows the package was delivered but not received, please report the issue to the shipping carrier. Our customer service team is also here to help guide you through the next steps.
🔸All warranty claims require the product to be returned to Bilt Hard’s warehouse for inspection and verification by our technical support team. Refunds, replacements, or discounts will only be issued after this evaluation.

Instructions on assembly were sketchy at best . Haven’t used it yet but it runs empty.
Ordered directly here on the site, order processed and shipped very quickly. Box arrived in PERFECT condition, all parts were included and the frame, drum, motor and wheels were all packed intelligently. Assembly instructions were easy to understand and the unit went together quickly. Mixing is of course excellent and the wheelbarrow handles makes emptying it a breeze. 100% recommend!
Assembly was fast, works well with 2 bags haven’t tried more. Be advised you will have to block it up to dump into a wheelbarrow like it says in the other reviews. Wheels could be better fitting
I had to lift the wheels up on blocks to get it to lift far enough to empty, but it works great.
My husband LOVES this thing and is looking for more projects to concrete! He has used at least 10 times already with no problems and only high praise, he is having actual ‘’fun‘’ using this.

I’m 52 yr old lady and put this together mostly myself. My husband helped me tighten everything. Haven’t had a chance ti use it yet but seems very well built.
Easy to assemble. I've used it for 5 days of concrete work now. It's strong enough and easy to clean. I only use 2 80 pound bags at a time and it has no issues with it.

The Bilt Hard 4 Cu. Ft. Electric Cement Mixer is a good value. It was easy to assemble with just a few simple tools. It works exactly as it is designed to do.
Awesome value and time saver, the handle needed a slight bit of file work to let move nicer but no big deal and now it is super easy to use.
This is pretty good mixer especially if you’re doing a big job and need to keep mixing mortar. The only problem is now the jobs done I have no use for the thing lol.

Works great, would give 5 star except it needs a better system to keep the wheels on, plastic plugs jiggle out on. Needs a bolt & nut or clip-on system. Used for a sliding door center post system and the low height is what works super for applications I use it for
This is a great concrete mixer and has withstood me putting over 600 80-pound bags through it over the last two months with no signs of slowing down. It was easy to assemble, mobile so I could move it by myself and powerful enough to chew through 3 80-pound bags in a single mix. For ease of use, I recommend only doing two bags at a time though. The only problem I've had with it is it's initial wobble in the upright position has increased slightly over time but no parts are showing stress. I appreciate how easy it is to clean as it's quick and simple with a hose.

I needed to mix concrete for a pad that would use 17 bags (60 pounders) in one pouring. The mixer arrived boxed in a manner that made assembly easy and kept the contents in good shape in spite of what was clearly a long shipping journey. The video provided by the seller, plus the printed instructions, made the process very straight forward and I was able to do it myself with no problems. All of the fasteners and small parts are bagged and each bag is lettered and corresponds to an assembly step. The only thing I opted to add was when putting the rotating parts together, I took that sub-assembly opportunity to add heavy grease to the bearing sleeves. When it came time to mix, I made sure the mixer was on level ground. I mixed two sixty-pound bags at a time and the motor was plenty strong enough to rotate the drum at all the different angles needed. It could have taken one more bag, but that would seem to me to be pushing things a lot closer to the limit of the unit. The volume of the drum is only just sufficient for 180 pounds of pre-mix, so pouring it out from that full a volume could get sloppy if using a wheel barrow as I was. If the mixer were in the pour area and could direct discharge into the form, then I would say it would be fine. I used a stiff mix (minimal water added) and that puts a lot of stress on the frame as the batch with tend to cling then slump to the drum as it rotates-- frame held up fine. I took each bag and (motor off) put it on the top of the upgright drum and then trowel cut the bag to dump it into the drum, frame was steady. I would then start the motor, which pitched right in, and when rotating then move the angle of the drum to where I wanted it for adding water. Motor was warm at the end, but still comfortable to the touch. Buttons are sealed to keep out debris. The drive gear is well protected from concrete splash. The powder coat finish is a major plus in keeping things easy to hose off and clean up. It is not something for weekly use, but for homeowner demands, it does a surprisingly good job and when you need the labor savings and speed of a mixer, it is great to have. It also works great for dry-mixing animal feed. Everything hoses down easily for final cleanup.
