After looking for an affordable post hole drill for occasional use I came across this one. It's exactly what I needed and best yet, competitively priced. I already have a Bilt-Hard 16" chainsaw; so I can attest that they make a good product for average homeowner use.

 Love it 🤩 My contractor was able to dig holes and place most of the fence post within a couple of days. Great investment for property owners!

Before buying this, I previously hand dug 2 holes (for 4x4 posts) at my house in very sticky clay (no rocks). Was only able to get 18” deep. One hole took me 4 hours to hand dig. With such an affordable price I figured I would take a chance on this post hole digger when I had 2 more holes to dig for 6x6 posts. To my surprise, this post hole digger ripped through the clay and I had a completed hole (24” deep) in 20 minutes. I'm not sure how long this will last, but if I only get another 10 holes out of it….then I got my money out of it

Seeing how this auger had no reviews I was skeptical of its abilities. However it came in and I put it together and gassed it up. Instructions could use some clarification as some parts of it especially concerning the choke were confusing. Once I got it all figured out it fired right up. Works great! Put in five 6-7in posts and it used just about an eight of a tank of gas which was impressive!
