Shipping Outside the Contiguous 48 States: We do not directly ship outside the 48 contiguous United States. However, we can work with your freight forwarder to accommodate your orders. You are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and other additional fees applied upon export. The freight forwarder is responsible for inspecting the packages before accepting and delivering them. Once the packages are accepted by the freight forwarder, Bilt Hard is not responsible for any damage or loss of the packages.
We do not ship our products to P.O. boxes, military APO addresses, states and territories outside the contiguous U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands), or countries outside of the United States.
Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy: If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will ship the remaining in-stock items as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when their stock is replenished. You can request that the order be shipped in one batch when all items are available.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at inquiry@bilthardusa.com. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an order cannot be canceled, you will be able to return eligible items; shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy:
Our return policy allows you 30 days from the date of item delivery to request a return. Please note that returns are not accepted after this 30-day period.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, including all items inside the box and in their original packaging. Customers are required to provide photos and videos of the products and boxes. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Important Note:
- Used items can only be returned if there are quality issues.
- Customers are responsible for processing and shipping costs for both delivery and return if they purchase the wrong product or no longer want it.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or videos to our customer service within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs. Failure to do so within 10 days or a lack of response will make the buyer responsible for any loss.
Return Process:
Upon receiving returned items, we will verify the product's condition within 2-3 business days and initiate a refund within the next 3 business days. We will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
Limited Warranty:
Bilt Hard comes with a 1-year/2-year/5-year/10-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and starts on the purchase date. It does not extend if the product is repaired or replaced.
The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repair, external causes beyond our control, or force majeure events (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, water damage).

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Bilt Hard website (www.bilthardusa.com). Purchases from third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay are not covered under this warranty.
- Consumer Use: Personal, residential household use.
- Commercial Use: Any other use, including business operations or income-generating activities. Note: If used for rental purposes, the warranty is limited to 60 days.

Terms & Conditions
- Proof of Purchase Required: The original proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty coverage.
- Non-Transferable: The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty also applies to gift recipients but not to subsequent owners.
- Repair or Replacement: Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at Bilt Hard’s discretion. If a part is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar part of equal function.
- No Full Product Replacements: For certain large items (weighing over 50lbs), the warranty covers defective parts only, and does not extend to full product replacements.
- Repairs Do Not Extend Warranty: Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover the following:
🔸Normal Wear & Tear (covered only for 60 days from the original purchase date). This includes items like:
• O-rings
• Valve handle assemblies
• Elastomer spiders
• Tires
• Filter elements
🔸Improper Use or Neglect:
• Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Lack of maintenance
• Use of unauthorized replacement parts
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
🔸External Damage or Environmental Factors:
• Accidents, fire, flood, windstorm, or other natural disasters
• Corrosion caused by chemicals
• Rodent or insect damage
• Vandalism
🔸Cosmetic Defects: Paint, decals, or other aesthetic issues.
🔸Operational & Financial Losses:
• Downtime, inconvenience, or loss of income
• Loss of product use
• Shipping costs or incidental damages
Engine Warranty
The engine warranty is covered directly by the engine manufacturer under their terms and conditions. Bilt Hard does not cover:
- Routine maintenance (spark plugs, air filters, fuel system cleaning, adjustments, or obstructions due to buildup).
Customer Responsibilities
- Transportation Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs to and from a service center.
- Proper Use & Maintenance: Regular maintenance is required. The warranty does not cover failures due to normal wear or lack of maintenance.
- Alteration of Safety Features: Any modification or removal of safety features will void the warranty.
Order Cancellation
Buyers have a 30-minute window to cancel their order after it’s been placed. If the order has already been shipped or picked up and can no longer be canceled, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to refuse the package upon delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Bilt Hard be liable for damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product. You assume all risks related to the misuse or inability to use the product.
Additional Information
🔸For orders delivered within the contiguous United States that are later forwarded to U.S. islands or international destinations, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
🔸Bilt Hard is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows the package was delivered but not received, please report the issue to the shipping carrier. Our customer service team is also here to help guide you through the next steps.

This lift can packed nicely. Was very easy to unpack. Seems like a good quality lift. Would have liked better directions for assembly. Works as it should. Would not hesitate to purchase again.
Was a reasonable price to pay for peace of mind. The crate had a frew dungs...but no damage to the product that was shipped.

The garden cart (GCB-1103) that I ordered was very easy to assemble, and I love it! It's very, very easy to turn and dumps it's contents completely. The curved handle makes it very maneuverable. The quick release to dump, the cart hold fast until you want to dump it and is very simple/easy to activate.
Note that the website does not have the 'SKU' listed, but it's the higher priced of the 2 smaller carts. If you look at the pictures, it is the one with the curved handle, extra brackets on the bottom, and a slightly lower pivot point for the dump.
Our soil is filled with basalt rocks that range from golf ball size to basketball size. I use the large rocks to line the garden bed, but needed away to haul all those smaller rocks away. I have a wheelbarrow, and I have an ATV cart, but those won't fit through the small gate to my garden. I have to be careful not to fill the cart to capacity, because then it would just be too heavy for me to pull. My husband is going to see if he can figure out a way to pull it with the ATV over to my dumping ground.
My only 'issue' was not with the cart itself, but that initially the incorrect cart was sent to me. However, Customer Service was great, and worked hard to make sure I finally got the correct cart. We ended up keeping the initial 'wrong' cart, and my husband will use it to collect golf balls from his hay field 'driving range'. (haha) He currently gathers them in 5-gallon buckets, but those get SUPER heavy. The lower-priced cart will be perfect for him.

This thing came quickly. That was nice. It was packaged well. That was nice. I set it up and read the manuals. Pretty straight forward. I used a lot of tire machines when I was younger, so it was difficult to get the gist of how this one operates. I like everything about it. Except for the this: the clamping mechanism is not closing or opening all the time. This started after the 7th or 8th tire. I know that the manual says clean the “silencer” but blowing it with compressed air doesn’t seem to be the cure. I hope I don’t have to buy a new part already. I have been pretty busy with life, so I haven’t been able to do much with it right now. If this didn’t come up I would give this set up with the balancer 6 STARS.

Everything arrived in good shape, crate could have been built better, a skid broke off and the ABF driver complained a lot about that.
I am just getting the mill put together. It showed up on the 17th. I am still waiting for the rail extension and the extra blades. Could someone let me know when I will be getting them?
They have made things so much better these units work as they should. I’ve already done 10 tires four of them for a truck six low profile and had no issues whatsoever.

My purchase arrived in good order.
Best snowblower for the price. Included with hydraulic chute control. Very easy to access all grease points and to adjust the skids.
I purchased the log splitter to reduce the size of purchased previously split firewood for use in my small wood stove. It has worked well for that so far. The built hard website claims that the splitter can be stored standing up in a vertical position. I strongly discourage doing that! The hydraulic control lever projects out past the small flimsy bracket that is supposed to protect it. Therefore, it is very tippy when stood up. It would be very dangerous to store it that way, especially if children are in the area.
This is a surprisingly heavy built, log splitter better than I thought it would be when I ordered it. We currently have it assembled, but we have not used it yet. I can’t wait to use it.

Easy to assemble & hookup. It lit the first time no problem & puts out heat quickly.
Broken down about a dozen wheels and tires now and it works very well. I even changed the front tire on my Harley without using the motorcycle adapter without any issues at all. Plenty strong. The tire lube bucket is in a terrible spot and could be better located away from the bead breaker. Instructions for balancer are kind of hit& miss but managed to get a cal done. I definitely would buy again as long as it holds up well to considerably more use.
