BILT HARD 110V Tire Changer with Dual Assist Arms, 10–24" Capacity

Very happy with the whole process. Ordered the tire machine with the assist arms and balancer. Had it shipped residential, which was less of a hassle than I had figured. They showed up in undamaged crates. Set up wasnt bad. Tore machine was heavy and would recommend 2 people for the build for a couple steps. It IS doable by yourself though. Moving the machine into place is where you may struggle. Quality of the machine is truly top notch. There are several places they could have cheaped out but didn't. Dismounted, cleaned and reinstalled a tire to get rid of a slow leak, and everything worked as expected. Lube tub is in a stupid place, and it will get in the way when breaking a bead on a wider tire. Air fill is on the slower end being that its plumbed into a small air fitting. Apart from that, everything that you'd like to be sturdy is sturdy. Machine is built like a tank. Have not had to use the balancer yet, but I dont expect any surprises. Id recommend at LEAST a 20 gallon air compressor to run the machine at a shop pace. Electric motor for the table is thirsty as well, but I have no issue running it on an extension cord. Some stuff on the tire machine came pre-assembled contrary to bilt hard youtube videos such as assist arm cylinders. It wasnt difficult to figure out which air hoses go where, and they all felt snug and secure. Good experience all the way around, and the quality is actually impressive. No doubt on par with higher dollar american alternatives.

The bead blaster seats stubborn tires faster than our old setup.

We tried several wheels in the shop and the clamping range handled them without any drama. The pedal layout is straightforward once you run through the steps.

They kept the sidewall down while I worked around the rim. I wasn't stopping every few seconds to push the tire back into place.

That was always the worst part with our basic changer. The pressing roller holds the tire down so I can focus on the mounting head instead.

This machine is heavy, which is a benefit once it is positioned but something to plan for during delivery. We gave it a permanent spot near the air line. The foot pedals are logically arranged, and after a few practice tires the sequence felt natural.

Normal inflation wasn't catching on one tire. The burst of air closed the gap, and after that it inflated the way it was supposed to.

I used it on a few passenger and light-truck wheels. The clamping range covered what I had, and the assist arms made the stiffer tire much less frustrating to mount.

I wasn't sure I needed the help arms. After using them on a lower-profile tire, I get it now. They save a lot of pushing and repositioning. The first couple of tires were slow because I was learning the pedals and arm positions.

The tire changer and balancer arrived soon than expected and in excellent condition. We have mounted and balanced one set of tires. Everything functioned perfectly.

This machine stays put while the turntable is working. The pedals leave my hands free, and the bead blaster is there when a tire doesn't want to seat normally. Nearly 430 pounds is no joke, but the solid footing is useful during operation.

It covers the wheel sizes we see most often, so we no longer have to send routine tire work to another shop.

The machine does what I wanted: strong bead breaking, a useful rim range, and help seating stubborn tires. I would've liked this setup sooner. Just don't assume you'll slide it around later. At this weight, it really needs a permanent spot.

The pedals are right where I expect them, so both hands stay on the tire. The mounting head also keeps a little clearance from the rim once it's locked. I took a few tries to get comfortable with the sequence, but nothing felt confusing.

It pushed through a stubborn bead without me leaning on it or trying the same spot five times. That alone made the job easier.

The bead breaker has enough force and does not feel jerky.

Solid value if you regularly handle tougher tire jobs. It needs a decent air supply and some practice, but the assist arms earn their space.

Better than what you would find in a tire store, very satisfied

We need a second person much less often on awkward tires now.

The tire changer is a tad better than expected, be careful the bead blaster is a freaking beast. but tire balancer is a tad less than expected, so time will tell and hopefully the will back there product up if any support is needed

There are several controls to learn, so the first couple of tires took us longer than expected. After that, the pedal and assist-arm sequence started to make sense. The turntable has plenty of force, and the bead blaster has worked well on difficult seats.

Fast delivery only problem is pour instructions can get from mm to ozs

We see quite a few lower-profile tires, and the extra arm support keeps the bead where it needs to be while mounting.
