It is strong and cuts my splitting time in half!
I have not had a chance to use this yet but it looks well constructed and the way it compacts for storage was #1 for me.
Performance is excellent as it is new. There are a few sub par parts I'm wondering how long they will last. The plastic clip that holds bag secure to cross rod is a cheap idea. Fills with dirt allows the mulch to blow back on to operator. Definitely not good. First heavy use was great. Like a yard vacuum. We will see going forward.

Everything is great
Used it for the first time yesterday. Easy start and runs smooth. Thought it should take a little bit bigger pieces of branches. I know it says up to 3 inches, but I'm not sure on that without it being the perfect branch. need another use or two for a full assessment.
Just pulled it to take out the slack and it fired up on the first slow pull.
Everything seems fine. Pretty much as expected. The shipping time was not though.
Work really good I recond to any one who need a tiller this is it.

This was easy to use and it helped pull 5 bags worth of dead top layer of grass. After one use of it we have noticed the grass has perked up and is greener!
Had a little hic up with shipping and was resolved quickly and really were focused on customer service. Great job.
It works good. There are two screws the hold the blade on. I can get one in but the second doesn't fit no matter how hard I push down. It works with one screw.

Can't believe I waited so long to get this. I went back and forth for months between a decision to get a gas or electric one. Had a gas one in the past but it was a pain to winterize and never wanted to start up again for the season without fighting with it for hours so finally broke down and bought this electric one. Was worried it wouldn't have enough power but it has been great! Tore through the old part of the garden with no problems. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Still working into the new area because the grass is more established and will take several runs to get the roots out so alot of jumping but easy to reset in the row. Main issue is keeping to electric cord out of the way. Might get a retractable cord reel to help with this. Otherwise it is Awesome...and it was cheaper to buy it from the company instead of Amazon. I've only used the Chipper once, but it works as advertised. Will have additional information once it's used more.

It was reasonable priced and came in two days which both of these gets BILT HARD two thumbs up. Easy of starting and the cutting of fallen trees earns 2 more thumbs up.
Easy to start and runs super quiet. Bought another brand only days apart. Finished the break in on both machines and honestly, unless it lets me down in the future I like the Bilt Hard better.
It's easy enough to move around and has a ton of torque.
