FAQ

The manual stacker lifts up to 63 inches. The high-lift pallet jack offers manual lifting, while the semi-electric model provides powered lifting and a higher 3,300 lb capacity.

The manual models support up to 2,200 lb. The semi-electric model supports up to 3,300 lb.

Compatibility depends on pallet size, bottom design, and fork clearance. Check all dimensions before purchase.

The manual models require no power. The semi-electric model uses a 12V powered lift but is moved manually.

Lower the load before moving. Do not transport loads in a raised position.

Use only on flat, hard, and level ground. Do not operate on slopes or uneven surfaces.

Yes. Follow the included manual. The manual pallet stacker requires two adults for safe assembly.

Regularly inspect the wheels, forks, controls, and hydraulic system. Lubricate moving parts and lower the forks after use.

No Charging Needed

No charging or power connection needed. It still takes a fair amount of pumping under load, but for our schedule that is fine.

Less Bending

Much less bending during packing, which was the main reason we bought it.

Measured First, Then It Worked

The handle controls are straightforward, and the jack rolls nicely on our warehouse floor. We measured the pallet openings first because the fork spacing is fixed. That took a little extra planning, but once it was in place the high-lift function did exactly what we wanted.

Better Height for Packing

We raise boxes beside the packing table instead of reaching down all afternoon. It has made that repetitive job noticeably more comfortable.

Smooth Pumping

Forks lift evenly and the pumping action is easier than I expected.
