Built By U is a BILT HARD community program that celebrates real customers and the projects they complete with BILT HARD tools.

Most BILT HARD products are eligible, including outdoor power equipment, garage equipment, automotive equipment, and other tools.

Not at all. Built By U welcomes all BILT HARD customers. Simple photos or videos taken with your phone are welcome.

Photos: 1–5 clear images.

Videos: 15 seconds–3 minutes.

Please make sure the BILT HARD product is clearly visible.

Great submissions usually show:

  • The product being used in a real project
  • Before and after results
  • Creative DIY applications
  • Helpful tips or personal experiences

Rewards are available for approved submissions that meet program requirements. BILT HARD reserves the right to review submissions and determine reward eligibility.

By submitting content, participants allow BILT HARD to use photos, videos, and related information for marketing, promotional, and community purposes.

Submissions may not be accepted if they include:

  • Unsafe product use
  • Copyrighted material
  • Competitor products prominently displayed
  • Misleading information
  • Offensive or inappropriate content
